After about ten minutes, I had to force quit Word 2016, part of my Office 365 subscription. In the meantime it began to use about 40% of my 32 gigs of memory. I created a new document just this evening, wrote it, added some tags to describe the content in more detail, and saved as a rich text file. I'll ask them to reload Office 365 too because they have a much, much faster I'll take it in to a local Apple Store next week to have them check it out another time and ask them to reload High Sierra for me too. When I try to save my writing in Office 365 version 16.12 with Tags on my imac using High Sierra mac OS 10.13.4 Word Crashes (become unresponsive) and I have to force quit Word. I am using the most recent version of High Sierra in Mac Os ver 10.13.4 My iMac has 32 gigs of ram, a 3.5 GHZ i7 processor and a 1tb ssd.
